About This Blog

Hello, I am the author of the storytime resource book Artsy Toddler Storytimes: A Year's Worth of Ready-To-Go Programming (Neal-Schuman/ALA Editions). I am also a youth services librarian with over 20 years of experience working in public libraries.

I started this blog to educate myself about blogging. Now I use this blog to share my many ideas on creating fun storytimes and enjoyable library programs for children. Please enjoy these thoughts and ideas about storytimes and working with people (especially children) in a public library setting. You can even scroll down and view my thoughts by subject!
